I would like to start off by saying that the kunafa cake is to die for! It’s really yummy. However, I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. I hope you can improve it a little, as I shared my experience with my sister, who recommended this bakery to me, and she mentioned that she also found the staff to be quite ‘cold.’ I believe that since customers are paying for both the product and the service, they should at least receive kindness and a good experience.

A friend recommended me this bakery and i tried their kunafa cake and croissant, and... ITS SO GOOD!! MY NEW FAVOURITE!!! Also, good service. 10/10 would recommend to people and i will definitely come back to try their other bakes :)

This is my second year ordering birthday cake from Wondersbakery for my son's birthday! It's all based on the themes he like and he really loves his cake and it tastes really good as well! The delivery is prompt and for customized cakes, they reply quite promptly as well! Plus it's halal! Highly recommended! :)

Ordered a 10 inch birthday cake and paid $28 for specific time delivery for my daughter birthday. The cake comes looking melted with the fresh cream cracked. MSG the owner.. no reply even since then it’s been a week. Honestly the cake is delicious but the looks of it…it’s just sad. With this after sales services, I can’t recommend it to anyone else
