What a wonderful experience. From the great service of the staff during the check in process and throughout the whole stay to having the City centre, Mustafa centre, and MRT, as well as many late night eats directly across the road the hotel is in the perfect location. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect hotel to stay with family. One thing I would like to discuss is that hotel charged some deposit amount when u check in n it is refunded when u check out. But about this deposit, amount is not known initially. So when u gonna travel there take some extra amount with u to pay for deposit. Else everything is good .

I was put here for a layover by Singapore air. Everything was taken care of. As soon as I got to the hotel they knew exactly how to take care of me. The food was good and the room was great was great view. I was able to walk around all the way from little India to the gardens by the bay. It was great!

Had a wonderful time at ParkRoyal. It was my second time here. What was outstanding was the service from the staff. It wasn’t just staff carrying out their duties, they ensured that each person was made to feel at home. They took their time talking to each guest and getting to know them. Special mention must be made of Vita who made my family so comfortable. We had such a warm and enjoyable experience.
