Doing their best which take almost 2hrs to be done . That’s the best excuse you can come up with ??? So you really would wait 2hrs for your food to be done and just wait there patiently without any apology or service recovery ?? Pls lah . Don’t be redundant . Simple answer just close the delivery app or just stick to one when you know can’t handle it . No need be greedy

You have to order online but the process was simple. The roasted chicken was slightly salty but tasty and tender. The chicken rice was also good. Laksa was alright. Overall, probably one of the best chicken rice you can get in Punggol area. Halal too.

Ta bao the laksa, gravy was served in thin plastic container? I saw the reviews and other orders came in those round cardboard containers. It's cold and barely enough to cover the noodle. The staff stared blankly at you whenever you asked them something. I asked how come it's this standard, he ignored me hide inside the kitchen. Ordered the chicken rice several times prior to this and they never keep to the timing given. Utterly disappointed.

Very decent chicken rice. Would order again especially since it is nearby. Had to take off some stars due to the slow pickup time and confusing response from the staff. We ordered via foodpanda and it says to pick up by 7:19 pm. We did not get the order until 7:39 pm. We asked the staff about the status of the order and their response was cryptic (e.g. They said "number 4", but that does not correspond to our order number on food panda or any electronic signage we can see). Other customers and delivery drivers there were also kept waiting for a while. I hope this is just a slow or understaffed day. Otherwise staff training on speed / communications can be improved. Will give it another go next time, hoping this is just a one off incident.

Waste my time. Came with the thought of dining in for diner, to my surprise THEY DO NOT TAKE DINE IN!! Only take-out. The stall ask me to use deliveroo to order for takeaway even thou im dine in! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE STORE AND STATE THAT ONLY TAKE OUT OR DELIVERY!!!!!
