Overall I think this place is okay. The service staff sounded abit rude when entertaining us at first. The cuts were generally tough and dry, except for the chicken which was tender. The portion for the cuts were okay for the Javier’s samplers. However, we were given significant chunks of fats. The portion for the sides were really generous. Though they give you the options to select your sides, most of the sides were similar. The sautéed mushrooms were decent. The mashed potato though, was awful. For this price, I’ll say I might be able to get better value elsewhere.

Value for money, $9.90 (after GST) for their Signature Roast Chicken with 2 huge portion of side. Their Signature chicken tastes somewhat similar to the typical Rotisserie Chicken you can find in supermarkets but the wide array of sides made this meal a pretty memorable one. Update: Went back here again on Aug 2022 but their service and quality has dropped tremendously. Chicken was dry, many side items weren't available, and the staffs were impatient despite the restaurant being relatively empty.

As it was a public holiday today, we decided to have a go at Javier's at Suntec. We had 2 orders of the rotisserie chicken and one order of lamb. All came with generous portions of side dishes. Both the chicken and lamb were delicious as they were both tender and moist. The sides were also great. The service was friendly, informative and efficient. The team is led by a great manager. The dining area is also spacious. You get great value for your money here. Overall it was a great experience, and I will most definitely be dining here again.

First experience at Javier's rotisserie. This is a concept by Astons, hence the offerings are value for money. Had the roasted chicken which was nicely spiced and juicy. The sides had good selection with choices of healthy vs. not so healthy options which I personally thought was great since I'm health conscious. The food taste good. My only complaint is with the service. The restaurant seems short staffed. The restaurant was empty but it took very long to clear a short queue, because customers have to order and pay upfront ... Some customers can't make up their mind. There's also only one restaurant manager taking orders and payment then ushering the customers to their seats, and even help clear the tables, resulting in a very inefficient service. However, other aspects of service is what you would expect. Will still recommend to give it a try if you hadn't.

This is a good place for a medium priced value meal! The roast chicken is quite tender but I didn’t like the chicken lasagna too much. It’s a semi buffet concept and I think the salad bar is actually better than the mains! A pity they don’t serve any desserts..... nothing to satisfy my sweet tooth.
