Ordered butter toast set with kopi c kosong. The kopi served was just kopi o kosong despite a special verbal request.. not enough attention to taking orders. Staff should listen well.

Attitude of one of the staff is horrible. Ask for more sambal chili for the sambal chicken, but the Malaysian aunty in her 50s wearing spectacles with ponytail shouted and said "ALL ARE ALREADY PREPARED BEFORE HAND'. I asked again, yah but can put more sambal chili. And she said the same thing in the same rude tone. Very rude to customer and think i was stupid. Was able to get more sambal chili the other day when another staff served me. I dont understand why it is so difficult to put just a little more sambal chili on the chicken when requested.

Cannot make it lah. Food costly abit never mind. Workers and even the supervisor totally cannot make it. They have the bo chup ( Dont give a F ) attitude. Only when a gentleman whom rarely sees him is here, all is like alert mood My mum who like to sit in the recreation office , whom fishy staff , holds the key. Never never never open in time. Should just close it down. If you cannot deal with things responsibly, please close your shop.

I went to fishy people cafe restaurant at Yishun Blossom Spring on 24 August at 4 plus. There were two staffs, one is short hair (A) and the other one is long hair (B). I was super angry with B. I ordered a chicken bolognese, she charged me the price of chicken bolognese with meatball. I noticed it after I paid it. I asked her, then she just said: oh! you don’t want meatball ah? I replied said, I don’t want. After that, she walked away, I thought she was going to ask her colleague how to settle the problem, I kept on standing at the counter and waited for her until A came and asked me why I standing there and waiting for what? In fact, I don’t mind she already charged me the price with the meatball, I can give it a try anyway. The problem was she ordered the wrong food for me, and yet no apologies, no explanation, shown her black face to me and said: oh, you don’t want meatball ah and then just simply walked away. Her attitude was super rude. I was so angry and mentioned the incident to A who used to be very helpful. She kept on apologies to me on her behalf, the B all the way kept silent. I never experienced such a bad customer service at cafe and therefore I decided to make a feedback here. If I were to give a rating, I’ll rate 5 stars for that A and ZERO star for B.
