Staff was pretty rude. Today, 9 Feb 2024, I asked for Chicken Chop w rice and extra fries but once i got the receipt, it said chicken chop w fries and extra fries like ??? then my friend ordered and she suddenly said no rice. When i collected the food, the lady who took my order asked the guy who was assisting her “where is the one with extra fries?”, he said “its all the same la”. The lady then said to me “its all the same” but i paid extra for it ??? they need to work on their customer service.

Service suspended for 2 weeks due to infestation ? Everyone deserved a 2nd chance. Well I felt they improved ! First of all, black pepper chicken chop, the meat is tender & soft. Black pepper sauce looks oily but thick & tasted spicy after meal. That’s quality ! Generous amount of fries, not salty. Coleslaw is cool & fresh. Beans are savory. Secondly, fish n chips was served hot & scrumptious. Golden brown color means oil wasn’t fried too many times. Keep it up 💪

Another sad and unfortunate example of good food, BAD service staff. If you come when it opens, 1030am - 12nn.. Forget abt ordering the pastas. Not ready the cashier will tell you without even looking at you. He is the usual grumpy malay staff. You will not miss him. Once I asked what time pasta will b ready, he brushed me off and said don't know la people at the back. The people at the back, there are at least 2 men at the back kitchen. So, if your operating hours begins at 10am (sometimes 1030am depending on their mood), the preparation work starts at this time? What logic is this? You have a generous selection of menu, yet limited food to choose from. How is that acceptable? If for some reason you feel the demand for pasta before 12nn is low, then put up a courtesy sign. If too difficult to put sign, then train your staff on basic customer service. Not their fault if the business owner don't set the proper standards.

i quite often orderfrom this stall the preiously group of the staff are more friendly and professional. But these currently group of staff are unprofessional and rude . But on 1/6/2022 the staff is very rude and have attidue problem. I order 2 chicken chop with rice(take away). He never listen properly he gave me 2 chicken chop with fries, i politely told the staff i order 2 chicken chope with rice. he raise his voice say i never order properly-he never hear correctly yet he raise voice at customer then he say ai yah and scold something in malay( i dont understand malaly as i not malay) while taing back my order and swope the fries to rice, If he's not scolding something vulgar or racist word why the sudden change to speak softly the word while earlier was very loud. This staff wear a glass(non chinese staff).
