The food portion was huge . Well cooked and didn't wait too long for the food to dine in. 2 meals cost around $16. For me it's worth it.

Similar experience on unfriendly staff and operate with 1 staff, reach around 6.30pm. The staff didn't even want to take my order, saying need to wait 45min. So when I about to order, she say no more already. :/ So I didn't order. Not going to return anymore.

Similar to what other reviews were saying, I think the service brought down the standards and experience here.. Though I wasn’t treated rudely, they ran out of popcorn chicken and several other dishes by 6:30pm - perhaps due to a supply issue? But in any case, myself and the customer were left unattended for a while since the lady was manning the store alone, and she wasn’t very friendly at the point of taking our orders - but don’t expect too much in service at a non restaurant setting. 🍗 Chicken chop with Cajun sauce was okay, decent portion despite a slightly pricier price tag of $7.90. I probably would still return and eat this despite the service if I’m here.

Food is cooked on order, can be ordered online as well by the usual delivery platforms. Ordered FattyBom Crunchy Chicken, takeaway. Food is packed nicely. Chicken is well Marinated. Price is about the Average coffeeshop Western pricing nowadays, but the food portion, packaging and taste definitely make it well worth the money. There are a few branches available, will recommend to eat the Crunchy chicken as it is consistently recommended in most branches. Coffeeshop is crowded especially during dinner time as this coffeeshop has 2 very popular BBQ stall and Zi char stall. Would recommend to takeaway if you are not planning to eat the zichar or bbq stall, since they reserve most of the tables for their customers.

Giving two stars because the food is normal but looked terrible and the service is meh (as if they are not interested in their job and it's reflected in the service). Since it's only takeaway service for now, by the time I reached home with the food, it looked like it didn't survive the journey well. Partly because the burger was assembled with thin cheese sauce and a slap of coleslaw on it. The finger food (chicken wings, onion rings, fries) all got exactly one dash of paprika on it so the flavors were not evenly spread out. I have had better food from other Fatty Bom Bom branches and hope it's only this one.
